No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

All purchases made through our store are considered final.


Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

We only provide replacements in cases where the product is received damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing/open-box video
  • The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video
  • The request must be reported immediately after delivery

Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be approved under any circumstances.


Important Conditions

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect usage or mishandling
  • Requests made without video proof
  • Late claims submitted after delivery
